Meet Dave Tripiciano
Dave Tripiciano has become a sought after guest speaker, frequently presenting hunting and wildlife seminars at outreach events. His touching, tragic testimony has been heard by and inspired thousands at churches across America. His life story was also dramatized and featured as an episode of the well known Christian radio program "Unshackled” and broadcast around the world in March of 2011. There is no fee for any of his guest speaker outreach programs.
As a self centered young man, he led a life of sin and adultery as a club musician. Years later, after finding his wife dying in a wrecked car, he met and married a woman who lost her husband in a plane crash. Giving up his career as a high school band director, he began to devote his life and his gifts to serving God and others. Since then he has led a life so filled
with blessings, "miracles" and rewarding satisfaction, one finds his amazing story hard to believe.
In the summer of 2004 he sailed a small boat from Jacksonville, Florida to Rochester, New York. Then he wrote a book about his adventure entitled: Voyage Of The Heart. His second book: The Man I Was (a detailed account of his life story) is currently in publication and will be released in the spring of 2012.
Mr. Tripiciano is an avid bow hunter, Lifetime outdoorsman, sailor, fisherman and the founder of "My Father's World" ministries. He is the designer of a tree stand, an award winning wildlife photographer, author, videographer and a New York State bow hunting instructor. His photography was included in a touring art exhibit by the national wildlife federation and his video footage has been used on TV. In addition to his two books, he has filmed, narrated and produced eight outdoor videos that are designed for outreach, entertainment and bow hunter education. These unique films and autographed copies of his books can be watched, read, downloaded and ordered on his web site. References and recommendations from pastors and men’s leaders who have heard him speak are also on his site, along with their phone numbers are available here.
Besides his outreach ministry for men, he works as a band and instrumental music teacher at five Christian schools; and also runs a band and lesson program for home schooled students. In the summer of 2012, he hopes to use his large “fixer upper” sailboat to start “Captain Dave’s Boat Cruises” for handicapped and special needs children.
